ERCMS – Punjab Ration Card List 2021

The ration card can be used for multiple purposes which acts as an legal document through which the holder can avail various schemes and subsidy based facilities in the State of punjab. Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department, Punjab has introduced APL & BPL ration card list based on the economic status of the applicants. 

The aim of introducing this digital ration card is to provide subsidized food grains and other facilities to the eligible people by eliminating duplicate and fake ration cards. An Overview

A ration card acts as a very important document that can be used to avail subsidized things from the fair ration shops. Other than this, Ration Cards are widely used as an important proof to avail all the other schemes and services. 

Ration card is used as a useful document for online application of various other identity cards and certificates such as Domicile Certificate, Income Certificate, Drivers License, Voter ID Card, and PAN Card. Along with this, the state government distributes wheat, rice, kerosene oil, etc. to poor families through ration cards.

Minister of Food and Civil Supplies Department Ram Vilas Paswan said that from June 1, the government is going to launch the same ration card in India through the “One Nation One Ration Card” scheme. In this scheme, facilities can be availed all over India with a single ration card.

Thus, in view of the facilities provided by the ration card, if you have applied for a new ration card in Punjab, you can see your name in the Punjab ration card list on the ERCMS Punjab official website.

Types of Ration Card 

Based on the economic status of the families residing in the state, The state government is providing three types of ration cards to the people.

Above Poverty Line (APL) – Families income above Rs. 100000 will get APL Card (White Color)

Below Poverty Line (BPL) – Families income below Rs. 24,200 will get Below Poverty Line (BPL)

Antyodya Anna Yojana (AAY) – Landless laborers, marginal farmers, artisans, craftsmen, widows, sick persons, illiterate, disabled adults with no means of subsistence fall under this category. The beneficiaries will get 35-40 kg of food items at a much lower cost than the local market.

Priority Household (PHH) –   Families above BPL can apply for the PHH scheme ration card. An income slab is also prescribed for applying in this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

  • All the state residents (Punjab) are eligible for this card.
  • Only based on the economic status of the families the allocation of different sets of cards will be categorized.
  • All temporary ration cardholders or card expiry holders can apply for the new Punjab Digital Ration Card. 
  • New married couples can apply for ration cards


  • All the applicants of Punjab will get food items such as wheat, sugar, rice, kerosene, etc. at reasonable rates from the fair rate shops.
  • The ration card issued by the Punjab government in collaboration with the Department of Food and Civil Supplies is a unique identification document.

Steps to See Name List

Follow these steps if you want to see the name in ERCMS Punjab Ration Card List 2020 below

  • Visit the official website of Aadhaar enabled Public Distribution System-AePDS, Punjab. 
  • Click “Month Abstract” on the left on the home page.
  • A new page opens now where you have to choose your district by selecting the ration card Allotted Month.
  • You will be prompted to select the name of the inspector of your area.
  • Choose the FPS ID entered in your ration card application form after this.
  • After this a list will open on your screen. you can see all the information related to EPDS Punjab Ration Card.
  • Here you can find your name on this list. If you want to download this list, you can click on the “Print” option.

How to See Names of Registered Family Members

  • Visit the official website of AePDS Punjab. 
  • Homepage of the website opens. Click on the “Beneficiary Details” option in the “Reports” section.
  • A new page will open now where you have to enter your ration card number in the box provided and click on the “Submit” button.
  • A list of the names of all the family members covered under your ration card will be displayed on your screen now.

Steps to See FPS Status

If you couldn’t see your name on the Punjab Ration Card List, then you can easily check the ration card status through your FPS ID. Follow these steps below

  • Visit the official website of AePDS Punjab. 
  • Home page of the website appears, Click on the “FPS Status” option in the “Reports” section
  • A new page pops up. Enter your FPS ration number in the box provided here and click the “Submit” button.
  • The status of your ration card will appear on the next page.

  • Visit the official website of EPDS Punjab.
  • Select your district, village, village, FPS in the form that appears on the homepage.
  • Click “View Report” option.
  • Information will be displayed on your screen.

How to Apply Punjab Ration Card Online

Complete the process of ration card application in the online mode by following the steps below

  • Visit the ERCMS Punjab State Portal. 
  • Click on the “New User” option if you are a new user.
  • Enter the user ID and password in the given space and click “Login”.
  • Then after logging in, you will be asked to update your profile.
  • Next, you click on the link of “Fresh Application“. 
  • A new page with a list of all the services available on the website pops up.
  • Select the service according to your wish and click on the “Apply” link here.
  • An application form opens now. Enter all the details and upload the required documents in the form
  • Check the information entered in the form by clicking on the link of “View Saved Application“.
  • Click on the “Submit” button after checking all the information to complete the process online.

  • Visit the official website of Aadhaar Enabled Public Distribution System Punjab.
  • Click the “Beneficial details “option on the home page.
  • A new page opens where you have to enter the SRC number.
  • Click on the “Submit” button after entering all the details, the Beneficiary Details will be displayed.

Aadhaar Enabled Public Distribution System (AePDS) Login Steps

  • Visit the official website of Aadhaar Enabled Public Distribution System Punjab.
  • Click the “Login” button on the home page.
  • After clicking the login button, the login page will open in front of you.
  • You have to enter the login ID, password and the CAPTCHA code given here.
  • Click on the “Login” button, after entering all the details.

How to See Sales Register Online

  • Visit the Aadhaar Enabled Public Distribution System Punjab official website
  • Click the “FPS “option on the home page.
  • A new page opens now, Click on the “Sales Register” option here.
  • Select Allotted Month, District, and XPS ID on the new page that appears.
  • Click the “Submit” button, the details of the sales will be shown on your screen.
