How to Register at Bhoomi Karnataka

Follow the steps given below if you want to register in the Bhoomi RTC portal.

  • Go to the official Bhoomi Karnataka website.
  • Click on the login button for citizen registration on the homepage.
  • A new window opens, there you have to enter your Name, Aadhaar number, and mobile number, once it is done then click on Verify button.
  • The OTP will come to your mobile number that you have given while registration. Enter the OTP and click on Complete Registration.

If you have followed all the above steps, the Citizen Registration process in your website will be completed. Now you can login with your name and mobile number by clicking on the login button.

How to View RTC and Land Recods

To check your RTC document in the official website, Follow the simple steps below.

  • On the home page of the website, Click “View RTC and MR” option.
  • A new page will open. Fill in the required information on this page.
  • After giving all the information you need, click on the “Fetch Details” option.

Now all your land records will be displayed on your computer and mobile screen.

How to Register Land

  1. The necessary steps that are needed to be followed for successful registration of your land on Bhoomi Karnataka portal are as follows.
  2. Firstly a person needs to buy stamp paper and all the necessary documents in hand.
  3. The Sub-Registrar of Special Jurisdiction will examine all the documents that you hold.
  4. If your documents are found legitimate, then you will have to pay the prescribed fee for land registration.
  5. You will get a payment receipt for the land registration and a photo will be taken of you.
  6. Verbal consent will be needed between the buyer and seller with the witness.
  7. With this, your document registration will be completed and you will be allotted a unique registration number.

On successful completion of the land registration process,  the sub-registrar will send your rural land sales information to Patwari for registering in Jamabandi register.
