  • Click on the option of “Employee Self Service” given. Enter User ID and Password.
  • Scroll down and click on the “Forgot Password” option. 
  • A new page opens where you have to enter the Aadhar Number (in the user id box), mobile number, and date of birth and click on the “Submit” button.
  • If the information entered by you is found correct, you will be sent a new password on the mobile.

  • Click Supplier Bill Status at the bottom of the home page.
  • A new page opens where you need to enter the acknowledgment number in the given space and the CAPTCHA code given in the picture.
  • After clicking on the button of “Submit“, you will see the status of the supplier bill.

  • Click the “public grievance” option once the home page opens.
  • Go to the grievance option and select the “lodge public grievance” option.
  • Enter the details of all the required information in the application form.
  • Click on the “Submit” button.

Status of Grievance 

  • Visit the official webpage of the railway authorities
  • A new page opens. Click the “public grievance” option.
  • After this you will be redirected to the website of the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances, here you have to select the option of “View Status” in the menu.
  • Registration number, email id and captcha code given in the picture have to be entered in the given space.
  • Click the “Submit” button, the status of the complaint will appear on your screen.
