How to Download EHS Telangana Health Card
Follow these simple steps below to download online
- Go to the EHS Telangana Department official website.
- Click Sign-in button on the home page
- A drop-down menu will open after clicking it, here you will have to select the pensioner’s option.
- A new page opens where you have to login by entering Username and Password in the given space.
- Select the type of employee now and click Download Health Card.
- Take print out if you want by clicking on the “Print” option.
Steps to Reset Password
If you forgot your password of your employee ID, then you can easily reset the password by following the steps given below
- Go to the EHS Department official website @ www.ehf.telangana.gov.in/
- Click on the Sign-in button on the home page
- A drop-down menu will open after clicking it, here you will have to select the pensioner’s option.
- A new page opens where you have to login by entering Username and Password in the given space.
- Select the option “Reset Password” now and click the “Proceed” button.
- Enter the Employee ID in the given location and click on the “Change Password” button.
You will be provided with a new password with the help of a registered email ID and mobile number.
How to Check the Status
If you want to check the status of the Health Card through the official website of Telangana State Government. Follow the steps given below
- Go to the EHS Department official website @ www.ehf.telangana.gov.in/
- Select the “Health Card Status” option from the list given under the Additional Information section on the home page.
- After that select the options of “Employee ID” or “Pensioner ID”, enter the ID number and hit the “Search” button.
- The status of your health card will now be displayed on your computer and mobile screen.
