AP Meeseva 2.0 Portal – Check Your Application Status

The Andhra Pradesh Government in collaboration with ITE & C Department has launched MeeSeva portal to provide citizens the benefit of any type of service related to documents at home. Now citizens of the state avail all types of service from home with a single click through this portal.

As India is moving towards digitization, In this sequence the Meeseva 2.0 Portal has been launched to ease out the process that has been done traditionally, any citizen of the state can apply online for Aadhaar card, voter identity card, ration card, passport etc. and dispose of activities related to land record and other details.

In collaboration with ITI & C department of Andhra Pradesh, it has been launched to provide the facility to all the citizens of the state to avail many services. Citizens now don’t have to visit the government office to take advantage of any of the services given below.

User Registration

  • A new page opens where you have to click on the link of “New Registration” in the section on the right.
  • The user registration form opens here. You have to enter your name, Aadhaar number, email ID, mobile number, gender, pin code, city, district, and other personal information.
  • Click on the Submit button provided below after checking those information.

In this way, your registration form will be submitted successfully. 

Login Procedure

  • Enter user ID and password in the login section of the web page.
  • Solve the captcha code and click on the “Sign In” button.
  • In this way, you can easily log in to the portal with the help of your user ID and password.

How to View the Application Status

  • You will see the following two sections on the home page.
  1. Check MeeSeva Certificate (Application Number)
  2. Know Your Application Status (Trans ID/Application No)
  • Enter “Application Number” in the given section.
  • Click on the “Go” button.
  • The status of your application will appear on your computer and mobile screen.

How to View Meeseva Certificate?

  • Click Meeseva certificate option on the home page.
  • A new page opens where you have to enter your application ID in the space provided.
  • Click “Go“, and the certificate will be displayed on your screen.

Download Mobile App

To download the Mobile App. Follow these steps below

  • Open Google Play Store.
  • Type meeseva in the search box and press Search.
  • Click on the first result that appears.
  • Install the application. 

How to File Grievance/Suggestion Registration

  • A new page opens where you have to enter vegetable details like Name, subject, suggestions/grievance, mobile number, and email ID.
  • Fill and submit the form. 
  • Complaint registration will be completed in this way.

Procedure to Locate Nearest Meeseva Centre

  • A list opens now with the districts. Select yours now.
  • The details of the nearest meeseva center pops up on your computer screen.

Steps to See Authorised Service Provider

  • Visit the official website. Home page of the website opens now.
  • A list opens now with the districts. Select yours now.
  • The authorized service providers pop up on your screen.

Steps to See Authorised PEC Service Provider

  • A list opens now with the districts. Select yours now.
